The Berulo App was created by Cyusa Ian Berulo, is the first of its kind, which bridges and connects education, local government, and families. A digital tool designed to provide quality education by eradicating dropouts, reducing absenteeism, and tracking the accountability of teachers and Headteachers. It also eases reporting to higher levels and tackling stunting. It is also monitoring the whole Family Evening (Umugoroba w'Imiryango - UWI) and more, to combat technophobia while enhancing communication across all sectors.
